Music and Monarchs: A Colorful Success

Music and Monarchs: A Colorful Success

Music and Monarchs had everything we could want in an event: great music and beer, educational opportunities, dancing children, and butterflies. If you joined us, we hope you had as much fun as we did.

We’d like to send out Big THANK YOUs to Cowiche Canyon Brewing for being such accommodating and gracious hosts, to David James for organizing the successful volunteer rearing of so many fearless butterflies, and to Blake Noble for all the danceable grooves and didgeridooing.

With so much colorful action, the event was ripe for capturing beautiful photos. A few of our favorites are below. The Yakima Herald has posted a recap of the event, here, and posted over 80 professional photos of the event, here. If you took your own photos, and want to share them with us, please tell us where to find them online or send them to info@cowichecanyon.org.
